If you told me I'd find world-class vegan cheese in Vietnam, I wouldn't have believed you. But Kashew Cheese in Saigon has changed everything I thought I knew about plant-based dairy.

What Makes It Special

Run by a French-Vietnamese couple, they use traditional French cheese-making techniques with local Vietnamese ingredients:

  • Aged cashew camembert that rivals the real thing
  • Creamy herb-crusted cheese logs
  • A rotating seasonal menu

The Cafe Experience

Their small cafe serves cheese boards, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. Every bite is a revelation. Don't leave Saigon without visiting!
